Bonnie Schneider, a weather expert, is featured on CNN and HLN's various platforms. On March 30, 2012, Bonnie will serve as the TV expert, co-executive producer and host of the DIY NETWORK special, titled LAST HOUSE RESISTING. The debut novel by Bonnie, EXTREME WEEKEND was published by Palgrave Macmillan in January 2012. When she was in Boston Schneider also contributed entertainment and lifestyle reporting as an assignment reporter for every day of the week. Prior to joining WB56, she was employed as the forecaster on weekends for WFOR-TV Miami. She's held a variety of reports and meteorology positions, including: News 12 Long Island that is a 24-hour broadcasting network for news and entertainment, as well as WXII-TV which is the NBC affiliate in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She was also a frequently fill-in for The Saturday Early Show on CBS's New York City network.
