Tracy Spiridakos

Tracy Spiridakos (Canadian actress) is Tracy Spiridakos. She was in the Teletoon children's comedy show Majority Rules as Becky Richards. between 2009 and 2010. She was on the screen from 2009 until 2010. Annika Johnson played Annika on the A&E television show Bates Motel. Spiridakos is a regular on the NBC drama Chicago P.D. since 2017. as Detective Hailey Upton, Spiridakos is the lead character. Spiridakos was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, to Greek-born parents and restaurant proprietors George and Anastasia Spiridakos She has two brothers. After she was born, her family moved to Skala, Greece, south of Sparta. They returned to Canada in 1992. Spiridakos is deeply connected to her Greek roots and speaks fluent Greek. Spiridakos began acting as a junior high school, and was a student at the Actors Training Centre of Manitoba. In 2000, she graduated from Oak Park High School. Spiridakos relocated to Vancouver in 2007 to pursue acting. She landed her first TV role within a few days, a small part on Supernatural. She continued to appear on television, playing walk-on characters in Bionic Woman, The L Word, Hellcats, and Psych. Spiridakos starred in the TV movie Goblin and also in the web-based show Mortal Kombat: Legacy. Also, she had a recurring role in Being Human as werewolf Brynn McLean.In 2009, she won her first role as a star in the Canadian Teletoon series Majority Rules!, playing 15-year-old Becky Richards. Her debut feature film came in the year 2011 with Rise of the Planet of the Apes. In Kill for Me, she was in the role of Katie Cassidy and Donal Logue. Spiridakos played the role of Sammi in Rags (2012), the Nickelodeon original film. Spiridakos then was offered the part of the lead in Revolution, as Charlotte Matheson (survivor in an unimaginative future society) which aired on NBC television. She auditioned while attending her pilot season in Los Angeles. Spiridakos produced the pilot in Atlanta and the pilot season in Wilmington. The actress was nominated for the Saturn Award for Best Actress on television for her performance in the initial season but was beaten out by Anna Torv of Fringe's Anna. For the second season, production was moved to Austin Texas.
